The memory is of 512MB Flash and 256MB RAM.
It measures 3.6 x 1.9 x 0.8 inches at 3oz weight and provides up to 210 minutes of talk time and 14.5 days of standby, with a 850 mAh Li-Ion battery.

Maybe the best model for mobile communication is Wild Card, a cell phone available at $100 with a built-in 1.3MP camera and dual display, one with 128 x 128 resolution and 65K colors and the second one with 128 x 160 pixels and 65K colors, both TFT LCDs. In addition there is a QWERTY keyboard, mobile email, Instant Messaging, headliner, picture messaging, web browsing, speakerphone, Bluetooth, and a battery providing up to 195 minutes of talk time and 150 hours of standby. This model measures 3.94 x 1.97 x 0.79 inches at a weight of 4.1 oz.
