This version has quad- band GSM/EDGE network support. It has come equipped, in the dimension of 103X53X11.9 mm with weight of 117g. At display level, this model is in the type of TFT, 256K colors. Design-wise, the RAZR2 V8 model has received a gigantic facelift in both looks and style. Even thinner than the earlier models, this one has a new flushed- out metallic design. This can help it to get its customers. This could help in saving 100 entries to the phonebook together with 10 dialed, missed and received calls each.

But, no availability of memory card slots, 3G, WLAN, and infrared port may disappoint customers, who wish gradation in the camera department. However, much to the satisfaction of others, this model has got huge external display with a good resolution and crystal talk technology. Besides, it has a great MP3 player. RAZR2 V8 has got Bluetooth facility v2.o with A2DP. Using standard battery Li- lon 950 mAh, this model could be used standby up to 260 hours and in talk-time up to three hours and 30 minutes at one go. Launched at the same time by the Motorola, the model RAZR2 V9 on the other hand, retains the original Motorola Synergy UI and has only 45MB of memory but has a microSD memory card slot. The Motorola RAZR2 V8 is supposed to hit the mobiles’ market in the coming month of July.
