O2 Germany to Offer New BlackBerry Package to its Subscribers

Telefónica O2 Germany will launch the BlackBerry option for consumers on January 19, 2009. The new contract proposal combines the comfort of the BlackBerry smart phones with the flexibility of the mobile data tariffs Internet-Pack S, M or L. The BlackBerry option can be ordered for € 5 a month with all postpaid mobile tariffs and all BlackBerry models.
The tariff is composed of the concurrent ordering of any O2 postpaid mobile tariff and an O2 Internet-Pack (S, M or L -according to the requirements of the user). The minimum contract term of the BlackBerry option of O2 is 24 months, the one-time activation fee amounts to € 25 and the monthly basic fee to € 5.
