Cicero Networks Releases VoIP Software for S60 Phones
Cicero Networks announced the release of CiceroPhone V2oIP (Voice and Video) for Nokia Eseries and Nseries handsets. The application is a two-way IP video application for Nokia phones, enabling video telephony over Wi-Fi and 3G/4G networks.
CiceroV2oIP provides video streaming using either the front or back camera on phones and simultaneously displays both the outgoing and incoming video streams to both parties on a call. In addition, CiceroPhone V2oIP supports a range of half-duplex video applications, including “see-what-I-see” video sharing on any Series 60 Nokia device.

Cydia- Stack 2.0
Well, it’s finally here. Stack 2.0 has been released in Cydia. Stack is an application that mimics the Stack feature in Mac OS X Leopard, making your icons stack up in the dock. So far, it works as advertised, but a few improvments are needed. Overall, however, it proves to be a very useful application. It’s also very user-friendly.
To add an app to the Stack, just drag it into it. To remove it, simply drag it away. You can use the stack display or grid display. You can also use a curved stack.
However, it doesn’t look that well if you’re using a five-icon dock, and it is sort of confusing at first to use, because the application icons themselves do not vanish from the screen when they’re added to the stack, so they’re on your screen and in the stack. It also is sort of hard to hit the Settings button without hitting the bottom icon, if there is one under it.
It still works very nice and looks great.

With more than 450 dynamically updated device profiles, Device Central CS4 enables users to easily test content designed in Adobe Creative Suite 4 product line.

Qik Now Available on More Windows Mobile Phones

Already available in Nokia’s Series 40 devices, Nokia has ported the enhanced calculator application over for S60 devices and you can now download it for free from the betalabs. The enhanced calculator is a java application that gives you more maths function. The latest version will only runs properly in devices with QVGA screen (240×320 or 320×240 pixels), in other cases you will get an error message and the application will be closed.
Other than English, the latest update posted last week also includes localized string for German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and Turkish.

Verizon Wireless Now Offers Usage Controls and Chaperone 2.0 Service for Parents
Verizon Wireless has just announced the Usage Controls, it is an online service providing customers the ability to better manage and control how they use their wireless phones. Usage Controls will also help parents comfortably and confidently provide wireless service for their children, by managing what content they are viewing or understanding if they are accruing additional costs.
Usage Controls are accessed through the My Verizon Web site and customers can change or update their settings under the My Services tab. With the service, customers can:
* Set thresholds for voice minutes;
* Set specific limits for text, picture, instant and video messaging as part of pay-as-you-go or message bundle plans;
* Set time of day restrictions for data use and messaging;
* Create lists of “trusted” and “blocked” numbers (calls to 911 will always be allowed to connect);
* Employ content filters.
Usage Controls are available for a $4.99 monthly subscription for each line. Customers must have a Nationwide Calling Plan - either Family Share or single line - to take advantage of Usage Controls. Parents can also add Chaperone 2.0 to their accounts for $9.99 per line per month. Chaperone 2.0 provides all the same features parents have come to rely on, along with enhancements including:
* The ability to locate multiple Chaperone Child devices at the same time;
* Family SMS Messaging that allows a text message to be sent to one or more Chaperone Child phones from the Chaperone Parent application or Chaperone Web site;
* Changes to the Child Zone® settings, allowing parents to add time and date settings or multiple children per Child Zone;
* Integration with VZ Navigator, allowing parents with VZ Navigator subscriptions to receive turn-by-turn directions to their child’s location; and
