HP has launched its new smart phone HP iPAQ 514. This cool cell phone has a number of features adeptly fitted inside its well designed body. The outer design of this phone is quite simple. This is a bar phone with well carved keys and a wide screen. This smart phone is quite durable compared to other HP phone. The best part about this phone is its weight. This phone isn’t a heavy miniature computer like other HP phone. The iPAQ is a sleek phone with an overall dimension 107x 48.6x 16.3 mm. this phone weighs a mere 102 grams which is lighter than other HP phones with similar features. The quad band GSM phone has a TFT screen with 65K color display. Its 2 inches screen has a resolution of 176x 220 pixels. This phone has 64 channels polyphonic ringtones with MP3 tracks also. This phone runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 standard operating system. It has a 64 MB RAM and 128 MB ROM. HP iPAQ 514 has microSD (TransFlash) card slot, so that you can store everything which you want in your phone. This smart phone works on TI OMAP 850 200 MHz Processor.
