The world's first Windows XP mobile phone
Sponsored linkThe Chinese have done it again. Just when I thought nothing can top the Porsche phone or the AK47 phone, this pops up over at phonedaily. This one brave rip-off...wonder what Microsoft thinks? The phone is called the 777 (that's one lucky name) and phonedaily suggests that it is a Samsung i718 clone (design-wise). Asides the extreme XP look (icons, graphics, wallpaper, start up and shut down screens) it has decent specs.
- 17mm thick
- weighs 112 grams
- 3 inch touchscreen
- bluetooth
- handwriting recognition
- 2 mega pixel camera (but labelled on the phone as 1.3...haha)
- stereo speakers
- expandable memory
The phone actually looks quite alright... even good. The phone isn't actually a smartphone but a regular dumbphone. I am somewhat impressed nonetheless.
