I have checked out several docks for my iPhone over the years and some of them have been cool while others have been junk. The thing that most of them have in common is that the bass they produce isn’t that great.
iHome has announced that its new iP1 speaker System for the iPod/iPhone is available. The dock has 100 watts of premium sound inside a custom cabinet packed with 4-inch woofers and 1-inch silk dome tweeters.
The dock also features a remote control and component video outputs for connecting to other AV devices. The dock is available to buy at Apple stores and Best Buy as well as online for $299.
