FCC has finally approved the HTC Magic. However, some critics questions the institutions approval of the gadget for certain reasons. First, the HTC Magic has no trace of 3G frequency for T-Mobile when it was announced as a Vodafone during the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, Spain last week. Second, although it has been disclosed that the HTC Magic will be solely and exclusively be marketed in Europe, a rumor has been spreading that HTC Magic will also be available in the United States.
