AT&T announced the launch of a wireless policy portal, www.att.com/wirelesspolicies, to help customers easily locate and understand the most frequently sought information about their wireless service. When you enter the portal, you can view policies in five categories and browse a timeline of AT&T’s customer-focused wireless policies dating back to 1983.

“AT&T is dedicated to satisfying our customers, and we’re proud of our advances in customer service,” said Ralph de la Vega, president and chief executive officer of AT&T’s wireless unit. “Customers rely on their wireless services in all aspects of their everyday lives, so they want a provider that’s committed to them - to understanding their needs and meeting them.”
