Nokia yesterday began communicating to Trolltech shareholders its voluntary cash tender offer for all outstanding shares of Trolltech ASA at NOK 16 per share. Trolltech`s board of directors has unanimously recommended that its shareholders accept the offer. The intention to launch the voluntary tender offer was announced on 28 January 2008.
