See the iPhone SNL Sketch that Never Aired
Sponsored linkA few days ago, Gizmodo posted a video of a Saturday Night Live iPhone sketch that never aired. I'm sure you've all seen the latest iPhone campaign where "random" street goers testify in front of a black backdrop about how the iPhone has changed their lives. Saturday Night Live evidently produced a sketch based on this ad campaign, but it never aired as it was cut due to another sketch running long. If you haven't yet seen the sketch, it's kind of humorous.
If you don't find punching cops or methamphetamines funny, you might want to skip it.
SNL has used an iPhone in sketches before. An earlier iPhone sketch on SNL featured a hacked iPhone. As with this latest scoop, Gizmodo revealed tipster evidence that, despite being rumored to be a political statement aimed at Apple, the use of the hacked iPhone was actually a workaround to being able to use the iPhone features fully without displaying AT&T's branding on the phone.
